Cloud & AI Systems Engineer based in Lagos, Nigeria. I build and run cloud systems end to end, with hands-on work across AWS (including IAM), Azure, Oracle Cloud and Google Cloud covering networking, storage buckets and tenancy setup.

I build AI systems that run in production: agents, RAG and multi-step automation, including a Telegram agent that runs three workflows around the clock. I also design, build and deploy websites — Cloudflare, Netlify and Hugging Face hold most of them — and I design for security from the start, with encrypted services, separate hosts for data and keys, and hardened ports.

Cloud & Infrastructure
I run systems across AWS, Azure, Oracle Cloud and Google Cloud, plus Cloudflare Workers, Pages and WAF and a Contabo VPS. That covers IAM, networking, storage buckets and tenancy configuration, provisioned with Terraform and operated with Docker, Kubernetes, Nginx, systemd and PM2.

AI Systems in Production
I ship agents, RAG pipelines and multi-step automation with LangChain, MCP servers and n8n, backed by Gemini and self-hosted models like Qwen2.5-7B on Hugging Face. My Telegram agent has been running three workflows around the clock, unattended.

Security by Design
Zero-trust network design, iptables hardening, Cloudflare WAF, AES-256-GCM encryption and separate hosts for keys and data. I build systems that assume a breach and recover from one: monitored runtimes and automated return-to-source restoration from GitHub.

Mission

1 - Build It, Then Run It

I do not hand over a diagram. REZMO, ForChi and Honk are systems I operate in production across Cloudflare, Contabo, Oracle Cloud, Render and Hugging Face, shipped through GitHub Actions.

2 - Remove the Human Loop

Deterministic triggers in front of probabilistic models: a regex gate and a schema extractor decide whether a workflow fires, so the model does judgement calls, not traffic control.

3 - Assume the Breach

Keys and data live on separate hosts, ports are hardened, and runtimes are monitored. If code changes unexpectedly, the system restores clean files from GitHub instead of trusting the box.

Independent Cloud & AI Systems Engineer

Lagos, Nigeria

  • Run REZMO and ForChi in production across Cloudflare, Contabo, Oracle Cloud, Render and Hugging Face, shipping through GitHub Actions.
  • Built CloudVoid, a non-custodial multi-chain wallet covering 15 chains; private keys stayed on the device and the master key lived on a separate server. The project is now decommissioned.
  • Protect running systems with PM2 monitoring and an automated return-to-source routine that restores clean files from GitHub if code changes unexpectedly.
  • Design, build and deploy websites for small business and NGO clients — BEM Africa (fashion house site and admin console) and Mind Renewal Care (therapy NGO site) — handling layout, motion, front-end build, DNS, TLS and hosting on Cloudflare, Netlify and Hugging Face.
  • Run the email side too: self-hosted mailboxes on the REZMO domain (IMAP/SMTP on my own host) rather than a third-party mail provider.

  • Researched outreach scripts and approach routes, pitched students in person and converted interested people into subscribers.
  • Trained other team members on how to approach and talk to prospects.
  • Managed the platform's digital marketing, including Facebook pages and a WhatsApp onboarding funnel that moved students from Facebook into WhatsApp groups.

I'm Victor, 25, born on the 10th of October, 2001. I build cloud infrastructure and AI-powered systems, but the work starts with how I see things. I pay close attention, and when a problem lands on my desk I take it personally until it's solved.

I came into cloud engineering through DevOps, then taught myself to build with AI. For me the real skill is knowing what needs to be built and directing the tools to build it well.

Away from the screen, I play video games, and strategy games are my favourite. They scratch the same itch as engineering: read the situation, plan three moves ahead, adapt when things change.

I also counsel people on the side. I'm a good listener, and helping someone work through a hard season gives me real joy. I write poems and stories too, and I tend to interpret the world from angles most people don't start with. That shows up in my work as a habit of asking “what is actually going on here?” before I build anything.
